Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bhimpe Solutions Private Limited acts as a platform intermediary and does not provide services directly. All refunds, cancellations, or transaction disputes are handled by the respective merchants or service providers.

General Refund Guidelines:
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the individual merchant or service provider.
  • Bhimpe may facilitate communication between the user and merchant for refund requests.
  • All UPI, QR, or payment gateway disputes follow the respective bank or payment provider guidelines.
  • Users must provide relevant transaction details, receipts, or proof when requesting assistance.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
  • Incorrect transactions due to user error (e.g., wrong UPI ID, amount, or merchant selection).
  • Services already availed or consumable products delivered to the user.
  • Violations of Bhimpe's Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
  • Service cancellations are subject to the merchant's own policies.
  • Bhimpe can assist as an intermediary but does not guarantee refund approval.
  • Users must contact the merchant directly for any immediate cancellation requests.
Dispute Resolution:

For any unresolved disputes, users can contact bhimpay.in@gmail.com. Bhimpe will facilitate communication but cannot override merchant policies.
